CLIMATE Mediterranean, characterized by long and
often very hot summers
VINIFICATION After pressing, the mash grapes
undergo a maceration period of 8 – 10 days. Then,
after soft pressing, only the flower must is fermented,
with the help of selected ferments in temperature-
controlled tanks at a temperature of 22 – 23°. At the
end of fermentation, the new wine is decanted and
refined.

DRINKABILITY The wine is bottled in glass and has no
date of expiry. We recommend storage in a cool, dry
place. To fully appreciate the qualities of the wine, it is
best drunk within 36 months

BOUQUET The aroma reveals hints of red fruits and
jam
PALATE Intense and complex
PAIRING Ideal with cold meats and hard cheeses.
Accompanies well with roasts and grilled meats.
