CLIMATE Mediterranean, characterized by long and
often very hot summers
VINIFICATION The grapes arrived in the cellar are
immediately crushed and pressed. The must undergoes
alcoholic fermentation at the same time as malolactic
fermentation.
The new wine is filtered and stored in vitrified tanks.

TOTAL ACIDITY 6 g/l
RESIDUAL SUGAR 7 g/l
SERVING TEMPERATURE 8-10° C.
BOTTLE SIZE 0.75 L
DRINKABILITY The wine is bottled in glass and has no date of
expiry. We recommend storage in a cool, dry place. To fully
appreciate the qualities of the wine, it is best drunk within 3
years.
COLOUR Coral pink
BOUQUET The nose is fruity with notes of strawberry and morello
cherry
PALATE Soft, silky and enveloping on the palate
PAIRING Excellent with starters and first courses of fish
